Hi, don't know about everyone else but if you can't find a price now i usually take the early price which usually displays about 8-30am. As long as you're with a ' best odds guaranteed ' bookie you'll get the best price. Every time I've done this on bet365 at least I've matched the price john has advertised.

Are all odds based on several bookies? As soon as their posted bet365 odds are worse than what's stated. Is there a better betting company?

I believe John uses an oddschecker service to find best available price for his selections. Depends how professional you want to be and if you want to have accounts/deposits with numerous firms. Personally I am happy enough with Bet365 who gave me £200 match deposit when I set up the account, continue to give £5 'loyalty bonus' each month, and gave a 25% of deposit bonus (max £25) when the footie season started.

They give BOG on all races and on some races will give free bet on next race if you get a winner at 4/1 or better. I have heard that they are less ruthless than most when it comes to closing down winning punters accounts...if John keeps giving the winners I will find out in due course.

I suggest you take a look at what freebies are on offer as incentives and maybe choose 2 or 3 you think best, then you have some choice without the need to remember umpteen passwords!

    Hope thos helps

Thanks Richie, I've opened a new acc with William hill and Ladbrokes. Will stick to these 3. I think these tend to be the best with their odds. I mostly use bet365 as well as I like their feature race offers.

Richie is right, try to open another 365 account in partner/relatives name, a £200 deposit turns to £400 .I have done this 6 times now and have access to those accounts and a handy £1200 care of 365 This gives a good start as a starter bank , if you want to take baby steps with the system....good luck....anyone who has followed John over a period of time will be well , well up..........oh and if you recommend a friend or family member , they will stick another £25 in your acc.

hello all, can someone please help me, Ladbrokes won't allow me to stake more than £1.25, I've spoke to them and keep telling me they don't have this information to give me and to use exchange, what the hell is exchange. They keep telling me this is better odds. I'm so confused :S

I think they mean Betfair which is an exchange allowing you to bet directly with other punters. Telfair make their money by taking a commission from winning bets. I can't imagine what the problem is unless you have hit a winning streak. As a novice I would suggest you may be better trying a different bookie, rather than getting into the intricacies of backing and laying. It certainly scares me.

All bookies will stop you if you are not profitable to them , it is also possible to get stopped when you are losing if you are constantly beating the sp price as they know long term you will win. If you beat the sp price you will beat the bookie and the bookies know this so you will have your accounts heavily restricted or stopped.

Ladbrokes have now started there own betting exchange but you will find it very difficult to profit from the prices that they will be offering.

Betfair sportsbook will restrict customers , this is fixed odds betting part of betfair but you shouldnt get stopped with the betfair exchange. The problem with the betfair exchange is that the commission of 5% makes it difficult to make a profit and they have also started putting a charge of upto 60% on winning customers profit.

My advice is to open as many new accounts as possible , get the free bets and use an oddschecker.
